This condition is referred to as plagiocephaly or better known as flat head baby syndrome and in most cases is fully curable with a combination of manual and helmet therapy. The challenge for the brand was to gain brand exposure in a market that had been dominated by one of its competitors for the past quarter of a century. The common issue was that every time the brand was introduced to a clinical provider they mistook them as their competitor. That left the brand in a quandary with not that many options to gain individuality in a market for helmet therapy that was monopolized by one brand.



That’s when Cougar Media Group headed an intense content based campaign that would target intent based long tail keywords. Over the course of time the Cranial Therapy Centers started to build up organic search rankings on major search engines such as Google and Bing. To put things into perspective of how effective the campaign was in the last quarter of 2019 the Cranial Therapy Centers website received 2,000 clicks and 71,000 impressions. In the first quarter of 2023, the website has already got 17,320 clicks and 870,853 impressions from Google SEO.

After establishing the digital storefront, a customer acquisition and retention campaign was set into place. The objective would be to win back customers throughout the year whether it was weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Effective retargeting campaigns through the use of Email Marketing and Google Ads was launched which generated an additional 10% in monthly earnings. After realizing that customers were no longer just one and done, purchasing a subscription plan was added to the website. Now customers would be able to place one order and receive their nuts automatically based on the delivery selection period. The bulk of the customer base was successfully retained.

We Got Nuts is an online vendor for delicious nuts, seeds, and dried fruit. Prior to partnering with the Cougar Media Group in 2018 the brand had a website in place to receive online orders and would run Google Ads campaigns to generate traffic. After a thorough analysis of the brand’s digital footprint it was clear that a fully responsive ecommerce website was needed to grow the brand online. Once, We Got Nuts was successfully migrated to a Shopify website, customers could easily navigate on any device to the product of choice directly impacting revenues.



OAs the brand prospered online their opportunities increased on other selling channels such as Amazon and Walmart. At the same time product expansion was done through the introduction of beautiful wooden gift trays filled with nuts and seeds. Now when the holiday season comes, customers would be able to share the delicious natural treats with friends and family. This impacted the bottom line revenue and increased the average order value. CMG facilitated the tray creation from start to finish that included production of 900 plus units from overseas to keep up with orders. In January 2023 the company reached out to Cougar Media Group about displaying an infomercial at the Powwow Business Expo hosted by Bell Works in Homedale, New Jersey. There, Unlimited Pure Water took out a sixty second infomercial that would be on display to the attendees of the event looking to spark interest in those who maintain commercial complexes. Just hours before the event there were some requests by the host to prepare the video in a select file format to which the Cougar Media Group was there for immediate file delivery. The presentation was a success and the brand exposure for the infomercial was a success.

Our team met multiple times with the corporate leader of NJ Air Quality and laid out a clear path that included a complete rebrand and digital makeover. This included updating the brand’s logo and colors that ultimately lead to a fully customized vehicle wrap for its fleet of duct cleaning trucks. Now when on a service call the brand’s identity is amplified while driving and when parked outside a residential or commercial job. Once we settled on a logo it was on to building a custom mobile friendly, highly responsive website across all smart devices. In conjunction, a clear path to drive relevant web traffic and being pay per click free, was implemented. After the website was published in 2020, high quality content was posted on a monthly basis gaining the visibility of customers and improving the brand’s organic search ranking.
